iVac 316 - The back-illuminated, Low Dark Current Deep Depletion (LDC-DD) technology is harnessed in the iVac 316 to provide a much lower background noise than is possible with traditional technology. iVac 316 is a perfect tool for the instrument requiring the best possible sensitivity in the Near IR wavelength range.

The design and performance are targeted for demanding spectroscopy applications such as low-light UV/NIR Photoluminescence or Raman spectroscopy. iDus 401 - offers 1024 x 127 resolution with large pixel size of 26 μm, and high well depth of 1.000.000 e-. This back-illuminated sensor is available in VIS optimized (BVF) or Deep Depleted (BD-DD) versions. The cooling performance offers -80°C with air, and down to -100°C with water.
iDus 416 - a unique combination of very low dark noise and very high QE, offering unrivalled sensitivity in the near-infrared. This makes it the ideal detector for NIR Raman and Photoluminescence, reducing greatly acquisition times and removing the need for inconvenient LN2 cooling.
iDus 420 - comes with a large area spectroscopy sensor with 1024 x 256 pixels (26.6 mm x 6.6 mm) providing solution also for multi-track spectroscopy. The back-illuminated sensor is available with a variety of versions, offering sensitivity from UV to near-infrared.

Broadband detection rates of up to 1,600 spectra per second are enabled with intelligent Crop Mode operation. Andor’s iDus InGaAs series provides the most optimized platform for NIR Spectroscopy applications.
The series offers two versions, iDus InGaAs 1.7 offering sensitivity from 600 nm to 1700 nm, and iDus InGaAs 2.2 with response from 800 nm to 2200 nm.
