With experience in full confocal imaging system design for laboratory environments, Andor offers a selection of products for our OEM customers. You can have access to full benchtop microscopy systems to speed up your instrument development dramatically. Or you can optimize the performance of your instrument by utilizing our technologies.
Andor's HLE is a fourth-generation High Power Laser Engine that offers exceptional stability, performance, and flexibility. Designed with the latest multimode laser diode technologies, HLE can combine up to seven multimode laser lines in a single chassis and up to ten lines in a dual configuration.
HLE benefits from lower coherence multimode lasers and a wide selection of wavelengths, from 405 to 785nm with power levels ranging from 400 to 2500 mW. Furthermore, HLE supports direct modulation (2-100%) and serial neutral density filters, making is a versatile solution for a wide range of OEM bioimaging applications.
HLE also incorporates active power and thermal management systems, ensuring long-term stability and reliability. Furthermore, HLE can be outfitted with two or three fast (milliseconds) galvo-switched fibre outputs providing further flexibility to easily integrate the same laser engine with different inputs.
Specifically optimized for Borealis® illumination, HLE benefits from enhanced throughput and superb uniform illumination when coupled with the Beam Conditioning Unit (BCU).
