BC43-Harmony Workshop at Universität Leipzig

Advances in microscopy have made a dramatic impact on researcher’s ability to image deeper, faster and with more spatial resolution than ever before.

The Image Analysis software Imaris has continued to be on the forefront of innovative solutions for visualizing and quantifying high-resolution data with a clear focus on 3D and 4D imaging.

The combination of Andors revolutional benchtop confocal microscope BC43 and Imaris provides a very powerful, flexible and easy to learn workflow for acquisition, visualisation and analysis of microscopical data.

In this workshop our microscopy expert Dirk Truckenbrodt and our image analysis expert Michael Mahlert will present an introduction to BC43 and to Imaris with a focus on the latest Imaris innovations including machine learning segmentation & classification, AI-powered filament tracing, spatial analysis & native distance measurements, GPU-accelerated deconvolution and more.

You can register for these lectures using the form below.

Imaris HandsOn

In addition a full guided Imaris HandsOn course will be offered demonstrating the intuitive Imaris interface using research application examples. We invite you to join us to learn how Imaris can increase accuracy, repeatability and throughput for your 3D image analysis.
