This AndorBasic (Solis PGM) program will take a kinetic series image set and crop the data in X, Y and Z. The result is an image which only shows desired part of the initial image dataset and can be used to create smaller sized files.
The code is not very elegant and doesn't execute particularly fast, but it is written in a form which should be understandable and editable by a novice AndorBasic user.
I'm happy to make edits/improvements upon request.
