Key Tasks and Duties |
1. Responsible for preparation of annual budgets and annual Strategic Financial Plan in conjunction with the Finance Manager/ Finance Director |
2. Responsible for quarterly fx forecasting |
3. Calculation of Quarterly Sales Commissions |
4. Responsible for the accounting and reporting of R&D spend, conducting reviews with project managers and addressing necessary actions |
5. Provide insightful financial analysis, such as projections & reviews of business cases, to support strategic decision making |
6. Monthly preparation and upload of statistical KPI data to Cognos Controller |
7. Assist the Finance team during the implementation of a new ERP system |
8. Assist the Finance Manager on group reporting requirements |
9. Key contact for external auditors, ensuring that all reports are available for the year-end audit |
10. Ensure company adherence to all appropriate financial standards |
11. Continuous improvement of financial systems, internal control processes and procedures |
12. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager |
